Adventures in the Merging Worlds

Adventures in the Merging Worlds is a collaborative storytelling game for 2+ players, and takes 20-30 minutes per player to play. 

In groups, players will use dice rolls, coloured pencils and their imaginations to create and explore a collectively generated world. The group designs and draws an adventurer and locations based on random prompts, then creates a story of their adventurer’s journey and challenges along the way. Each time the game is played, players are encouraged to edit the pool of random prompts so that the worlds continue to evolve over time.

Adventures in the Merging Worlds was originally created for a workshop at Now Play This 2025.
